Meet the Beekeeper

Our Story So Far..

A beekeeper in protective gear inspecting a honeycomb frame with bees in an outdoor field, wind turbines and wildflowers in the background.
Person wearing glasses, a pink cap, and a beige jacket, inside a bug-proof mesh tent outdoors with trees and grass in the background.
Woman taking a selfie outside near colorful beehives on a frosty day.
A woman stands behind a table with jars of honey, honey-infused chocolates, and honey gifts at an outdoor market stall. There is a sign that reads 'Marshall Honey Infused Chocolates,' and a plush bee and wrapped honey products on display.
Two individuals shaking hands at a honey competition award ceremony, with a man in a suit and a woman in a floral shirt. The woman holds a gold medal, and the man holds a certificate, both smiling, with a backdrop featuring honey-themed graphics and the London Honey logo.

Hi, I’m Christine Marshall - the beekeeper behind Marshall Beekeeping.

What started as a curiosity quickly turned into a passion for learning, teaching, and working alongside one of nature’s most fascinating insects.

How It All Started

My journey into beekeeping began with a simple interest in how bees live and work together. The more I learned, the more I realised just how important healthy honeybees are - not just for honey, but for pollination, biodiversity, and our food system.

Marshall Beekeeping grew from that curiosity into a small local business focused on responsible beekeeping, education, and quality produce.

Our Plans for

2026

  • Close-up of a bee inside a peach-colored flower, surrounded by soft-focus pink flowers.

    Education

2026 I will deep dive into social media with lots of bee videos, educational videos & facts on bees. There’s so much the bees have to show you!

Check out social media to see our work, we would love to show you our world.

  • A glass jar of honey with a lemon wedge inside, a honey dipper resting on the rim, and small white flowers on top, with a blurred background of white daisies and green leaves.

    Products

2026 will begin with extraction of Bee venom, Pollen & Propolis from Spring with help from our bees! These will be available to buy ASAP as well as being made into other products such as soaps, balms and more!

Following testing there will be a variety of health & beauty products online & those most popular will be available at markets also.

  • A large outdoor area with many beehives arranged in rows on grass, surrounded by green trees.

    Hive Care

Gathering experience from previous beekeeping seasons means hive care has never really stayed the same year on year. 2025 saw the best hive management to date and im really excited to implement further changes in 2026 that allow the bees to thrive, but more importantly work with the bees rather than for them. They know what they are doing after all!

  • Close-up of a honeycomb frame filled with honeybees, some bees climbing on the frame and others inside the hive.

    Rebrand

Probably the least exciting change for you guys in 2026 but the one I’m most excited for! Marshall Beekeeping is getting a face lift. Over the last few months behind the scenes we have been working to have a more cohesive, fun brand across our ranges that identifies what we are all about now & for the future.
